Is it a "Gold Morning" yet?

“There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope.” -Bernard Williams

Mornings to me represent hope & renewed vigor. Although, I wouldn’t really call myself a “morning person”, I really enjoy the early morning vibe in the surroundings. It’s also the best time to concentrate on something which you’ve been struggling with as the mind is fresh.

When the first sparkling rays of the sun mildly shine down , you’ll experience a change within yourself if you closely notice. Calmness, tranquility & happiness. Letting yourself go & feeling with one with Nature is one of the most uplifting feelings.

I’ve oft heard the quote- “When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive—to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love—then make that day count!” & definitely make it a point to say it to myself.

Most mornings in the city however, involve us jumping out of the bed to the snoozed alarm, rushing to fix a quick breakfast & running out of the house with a newspaper. With the busy schedules, we hardly have the time to truly appreciate this beautiful time of the day. However, taking time out to do something we truly love, can make a difference. It can be as simple as doing your yoga, taking your dog for a quick walk, exercising, eating your favorite breakfast etc. During my commute, I always listen to my favorite music.

Colgate ,recently introduced a new toothbrush, which emphasizes on this very idea of turning your mornings into #Colgate360GoldMornings . A charming, golden charcoal brush, this one is a must- buy- as it cleans not just your teeth but cheeks, gums & tongue as well ensuring a gold standard in oral hygiene. A perfect oral care regime, definitely features as a priority for me.

So, when was the last time you experienced a beautiful sunrise, doing what you love the most? Will love to hear about how, you build a “good morning” & turn it into a “Gold Morning”
